Guild rules

Short version: be cool, show up, don't ninja.

Respect

Be decent to guildies and to everyone else, including the Alliance (mostly).
No racism, sexism or personal attacks. Officers decide, no debate in guild chat.

Raiding

Sign up on Discord before the raid. Can’t make it? Tell your team lead early.
Bring your own consumables, repair before invites, be on time.
Being on the bench is not a punishment. Benched players get priority next week.

Loot

Loot rules are the same for every team and are pinned in Discord.
Main spec beats off spec. Ninja looting means an instant kick.

Guild bank

Raid mats are for raiders first. Ask an officer before taking anything big.
